This is a full-time, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role based in Tulsa, OK. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and oversee ABA programs for children with ASD. Responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, modeling interventions, and ensuring treatment integrity through ongoing observation and coaching. The BCBA will provide parent and caregiver training, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain clear documentation for clinical and regulatory purposes.

The role also involves monitoring progress, adjusting interventions based on data, and participating in team meetings and professional development activities.

• Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, including assessment, program design, and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of Psychology and child development to inform treatment planning and clinical judgment.
• Skills in Parent Education and family training to support generalization of skills and collaborative care.
• Experience in Behavior Management, including crisis prevention, proactive strategies, and positive behavior supports.
• Current BCBA certification and compliance with applicable state licensure requirements.
• Prior experience working with children with ASD in clinical, home, or school settings.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
