Job Details:
• 4 10-hour shifts per week
• Weekend, overnight, and holiday call required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers welcome
• Scrubs provided in Royal Blue
• Systems used:
Pyxis, Epic
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and ARRT or CCI (RCIS) required and must be in hand at time of submittal
• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Perform cardiac implant closure device and cardiac stent placement procedures
• Perform IABP placement and removal
• Perform left and right heart catheterizations
• Perform Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI) and Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA)
• Perform rotablator atherectomy procedures
• Interpret dysrhythmias and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias
• Scrub procedures including maintaining sterile field and equipment setup
• Serve as room circulator as needed
• Maintain isolation precautions and proper PPE usage
• Float to like units within scope as needed based on facility needs

This facility features a dedicated cardiac catheterization laboratory equipped to handle a wide range of diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. The unit supports advanced cardiac care including coronary interventions, device placements, and complex catheterization procedures for middle and older adult patient populations.
