Devotion Hospice in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN role. The COTA will implement the treatment plan developed by the Occupational Therapist and help patients improve mobility and daily function in rehabilitation programs.
The position requires a valid COTA license and CPR certification, plus a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Home health or skilled nursing facility experience is preferred;
Home Care Home Base experience is a plus.
