- Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
- This role provides leadership and operational oversight for a team of approximately 17 direct reports while managing a cardiovascular research program consisting of 60+ active studies.
- The Manager, CV Quality, Research & Risk, provides direction and oversight for a variety of cardiovascular services including CV Data registries, CV Mortality & Morbidity review, CV Research, Stemi Data, outcomes, and outreach.
- Additionally provides oversight of the EKG and Central Telemetry Monitoring Departments.
- Responsibilities include department and program planning, development, implementation and evaluation; administrative duties related to operational and capital budget, oversight of staffing in all areas; compliance with DNV, Joint Commission, FDA, IRB, HMC and other relevant professional regulatory standards.
- Coordinates ongoing education for department leadership and quality/outcomes reporting.
- RN License or current license deemed acceptable by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Associates degree in Nursing with bachelor’s in a relevant area acceptable
- 3 years’ experience in related field
Job Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree (MHA, Nursing or other relevant)
- 4+ years’ experience in cardiovascular or clinical research environments, including hospital-based research programs, academic/university research settings, pharmaceutical organizations, or medical device companies, with demonstrated exposure to study management, research operations, and regulatory compliance.
