Perfect Fit Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes. We have openings for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts throughout Claremore, Owasso, Broken Arrow, Bixby, Jenks, Sand Springs, Skiatook, and surrounding communities.
Compensation: $15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience and availability.

Daily Responsibilities
Responsibilities
As a Patient Care Assistant, you ll help clients maintain their independence while receiving compassionate care in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Helping clients with walking, transfers, and repositioning as needed
• Observing and reporting changes in a client s physical or mental condition
• Providing medication reminders according to the care plan
• Preparing meals and assisting with light household tasks
• Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragement
• Documenting care provided and communicating with the office when concerns arise

Qualifications
We re looking for caregivers who are reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent care.

Preferred Qualifications Include

• CNA certification is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, long-term care, or a healthcare setting
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver s license
• Ability to work independently while following an individualized care plan
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
