Ardent Health Services - - Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating and other ADLs.;
Observe patients’ progress and relay reports to Registered Nurse or other medical staff.;
Obtain and record patients' vital signs and collect specimens for lab tests.;
Provide basic patient transport and housekeeping duties.;
Measure and record patients' intake and output and assist with range of motion; draw blood when needed.
