Summit Place of Mooresville is hiring Resident Care Associates to join their team. The Resident Care Associate provides hands-on care in assisted living and memory care, following each resident’s Personal Service Plan to ensure comfort and safety in a home-like environment.
Duties include developing service plans with families, monitoring hydration, assisting with activities, ADLs, and responding promptly to call bells. Weekend, evenings, and flexible hours are required to meet resident needs.
