Position Overview The Life Enrichment Assistant helps plan and lead activities that support residents’ emotional, social, cognitive, and physical well-being. This role works closely with residents throughout the day and helps create a warm, engaging environment throughout the community.
We have a full-time and part-time positions available. Please note that weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities Lead and assist with daily activities, events, games, crafts, music, exercise, and social engagement
Encourage resident participation and build positive relationships with residents and families
Support outings, special events, and holiday celebrations
Assist with activity setup, decorating, organization, and cleanup
Help maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the community
Work collaboratively with caregivers, nursing staff, and leadership
Adapt activities to meet the unique needs of residents living with dementia

PayRate of pay starts at $15.00 per hour, and it is negotiable based on experience. Must be open to working weekends.

Qualifications Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to engage and communicate with seniors living with dementia
Creative, energetic, and team-oriented
Previous senior living, memory care, activities, childcare, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred — but not required
Must be able to pass background check and meet employment requirements
