Under general supervision, is responsible for collection, processing, and labeling of specimens from patients. Phlebotomists follow quality assurance and safety policies and procedures, as well as HIPAA policies. Assists with patient flow as needed. Supports and adheres to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. ASCP certification highly desired, but not required. Minimum of two years of phlebotomy experience required. Medical Assistant experience a plus.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors
