Registered Behavior Technician

Oklahoma Pediatric Therapy Center has a full time opening for a Registered Behavioral Technician. We are searching for a smart, forward-thinking, solution-seeking, flexible, confident individual to join our amazing team. We are a growing, Christ centered multidisciplinary clinic that values collaboration with other therapists and professionals. We offer occupational, physical and speech therapy services as well as behavioral therapy and ABA services in our beautiful Yukon, OK clinic.

This position wears many hats and needs to be a person willing to do whatever is necessary at any time.

Desirable candidates must have a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well as part of a team, strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Implement the treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA and work in collaboration with other team members
• Provide treatment in outpatient setting

• Experience working with children in an ABA setting
• Laptop
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to take direction from senior staff members
• Previous pediatric experience
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a reliable transportation
• Available to work until 5:15 M-Th (option to end at 1:30pm 2 days a week )and Friday until 1:15
• 6+ months of direct ABA experience (preferred)
• BACB Registered Behavior Technician Certificate (preferred)

• $19-22/hour based on your experience and certification. Bonus potential.

• Therapy activities may require playing on the floor or settings where the furniture is child size
• Careful attention to the safety of the client and surroundings is required
• Sudden and quick movements may be required
• Walking, occasional running, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, reaching above head, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Sustained physical activity may be required for up to 60 minutes

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
