Position Summary As a Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant, you will provide non-medical in-home support to seniors and adults needing assistance with daily living activities. Caregivers play a vital role in improving clients’ quality of life while maintaining dignity, safety, and companionship.

Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Support with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed

Perform light housekeeping and laundry

Assist with medication reminders

Provide transportation to appointments and errands

Observe and report changes in client condition

Maintain accurate daily documentation

Follow client care plans and company policies

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years oldHigh school diploma or GED preferred

Previous caregiving, CNA, HHA, or home care experience required

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor

Ability to work independently and follow directions
