L&D (Labor and Delivery) Registered Nurse position in a healthcare facility. The incumbent will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery department, adhering to hospital standards and unit policies. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure positive outcomes during labor, delivery, and postpartum phases.

• Schedule:
  
  Evening shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Completion of basic professional curriculum of a school of nursing as approved and verified by a state board of nursing; holds or is entitled to hold a valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License; zero (0) to six (6) months of related experience;
  Epic experience (Muskogee); working knowledge of disease state management processes, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways; effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; ability to organize and prioritize work effectively; attention to detail for clinical and numerical data examination.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Epic experience (South, Yale).
