Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection
- Collect and process urine, sputum, throat swabs, and other specimens
- Prepare samples for in-house and reference lab testing
- Accurately label, document, and process specimens
- Assist with urgent collections, rapid testing, and hospital codes
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and laboratory staff
Qualifications:
- Phlebotomy certification required
- Previous hospital or clinical phlebotomy experience preferred
- Comfortable with high-volume blood draws
- Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
- Reliable and able to work weekend and overnight shifts

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
