• Direct the daily operations of the Radiology Department.
• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures as needed.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate radiology staff.
• Ensure imaging services are provided safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with CMS, state, OSHA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Oversee radiation-safety practices and required quality-control activities.
• Maintain department policies, procedures, equipment records, and personnel competency documentation.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, inspections, and service.
• Monitor departmental supplies, expenses, productivity, and staffing.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, administration, and outside radiology-reading services.
• Participate in hospital quality-improvement, emergency-preparedness, and leadership activities.
• Assist with departmental budgeting and planning.
• Provide excellent care and service to patients, families, and hospital staff.
• Participate in the department’s on-call rotation as required.

• Current Oklahoma license or other authorization required to practice.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain it upon hire.
• CT certification or CT experience strongly preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in a hospital or Critical Access Hospital setting preferred.
• Knowledge of radiology operations, radiation safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to perform imaging procedures and assist with patient transfers and positioning.
