Responsibilities

Provide Spravato treatments
Collaborate with mid-levels (optional)

Compensation

Generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
Sign-on bonus of $20,000
Annual Incentive Bonus up to $10,000
Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional)
Compensation range $280,000 to $400,000 based on productivity

Requirements

Fully licensed in Oklahoma, BE/BC, unencumbered DEA
Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
