- Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
- Responsible for approving menus and nutritional supplements
- Provide dietary counseling to pts and those responsible for the patient upon discharge
- Performing and documenting nutritional assessments
- Evaluating patient tolerance to therapeutic diets as appropriate
- Collaboration with other hospital services to plan and implement patient care as necessary to meet the nutritional needs of the patients
- Maintaining pertinent patient data necessary to recommend, prescribe, and/or modify therapeutic diets
- Maintaining professional standards of practice
- 4 year/Bachelors Degree
- DA Registered (or registration eligible)
- Oklahoma licensure (or Provisional Licensure Status)
