Every client is different, but your goal is the same:
help them live safely and comfortably at home while bringing a little more joy to their day.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and conversation
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care
• Helping with mobility and transfers
• Preparing meals and assisting with mealtime
• Providing medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Assisting with errands and transportation
• Following individualized client care plans
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Completing required visit documentation
• Providing dependable, compassionate support to clients and their families

• Compassionate and genuinely enjoy helping others
• Dependable and committed to their scheduled shifts
• Professional and able to communicate effectively
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home
• Experienced in caregiving, CNA, HHA, home care, senior care, or a related setting
• Able to successfully complete required background and pre-employment screening
