Assistant General Manager (Dual Hotel Operations)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee the operations of two hotel properties. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to lead and coordinate the management teams across multiple locations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations across both properties
  • Coordinate and support department heads to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and legal regulations
  • Lead, motivate, and develop staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality standards
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote hotel offerings and increase occupancy
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for hotel staff
Skills and

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in hotel management, preferably with experience overseeing multiple properties
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements
  • Flexibility to work across two locations and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite
