Le Cœur de Megève is an iconic boutique hotel enjoying an exceptional location right in the heart of the famous village of Megève. Reopened in 2018 after a complete renovation, the hotel celebrates the art of living and consists of 38 contemporary and warm decorated rooms and suites, several chic and cozy dining spaces, and a spa offering organic and natural treatments.
Open all year round, it welcomes a loyal and curious clientele throughout the seasons.
Under the responsibility of the Housekeeper, you will perform the tasks described below to ensure quality service to our guests.
- Assure the cleaning and setup of rooms.
- Perform the cleaning of common areas.
- Store, clean, and restock the offices (linen, welcome products, cleaning supplies, stationery).
- Check the consumptions in the minibars.
- Provide assistance to team members as needed.
- Report any guest complaints or claims to the Housekeeper.
- Report any forgotten items and technical failures to the Housekeeper.
- Respect the hygiene and safety rules of the service and the establishment.
- Respect the procedures in place in your service.
- Ensure the cleaning and organization of back office spaces (laundry, locker rooms, staff room…).
- Participate in end-of-month inventories.
- Participate in the cleaning of seasonal apartments.
- Create emotion through the customer experience.
- Show discretion and confidentiality towards the client and the life of the establishment.
- Meet the customer promise in terms of quality and cleanliness.
You ideally have a background in hospitality and at least one year of successful experience in a similar position in luxury hotels.
Directly or transversally, you will work with all the services of the hotel. You must therefore show team spirit and reactivity to ensure the smooth functioning of the establishment and to satisfy our guests as best as possible.
