Your role

The position of Reservation Agent involves being fully informed of the various products the hotel offers as well as ongoing special offers. A perfect knowledge of reservation procedures is indispensable. A courteous and warm welcome will be required for each phone call.

Your missions

• Be the preferred contact for the sales department and operational teams regarding group management with main functions:
• Apply the entire set of procedures and standards (Four Seasons, LQA, PCI)
• Respond quickly to client and agency requests by mail and phone calls
• Develop an acute knowledge of our hotels and the EDRH Domain
• Convert requests and optimize the sale of our Suites & Rooms
• Collect the necessary information to create a personalized stay and experience
• Recognize and anticipate client expectations
• Enter reservations and perform administrative follow-up
• Follow up on advance payments
• Follow up on late cancellations and no-shows
• Ensure coverage of the telephone standard in pre-season

• In order to reward the loyalty of our employees, a bonus is paid after the second consecutive season (Winter-Winter / Summer-Winter).
