Assistant Manager Technical

The Assistant Manager Technical ensures the maintenance of the hotel's various equipment and participates in its planning. They possess the basic knowledge to diagnose and perform all equipment repairs throughout the building.

They assist the Technical Manager in all their tasks and replace them in their absence.

As an Assistant Manager in the Maintenance department, your duties will include:

• Supervising the Maintenance team
• Ensuring the hotel's technical service
• Being the link between hotel staff and the Technical Manager
• Preparing the hotel's openings each season, both summer and winter
• Managing technical issues during the off-season
• Ensuring on-call duties during the season
• Meeting daily technical needs

The list of tasks above is not exhaustive; your role will require constant adaptation to high-activity situations and specific client relationship management.

Profile we are looking for:

• Valid work permit.
• Fluent French, a second language would be a plus.
• You have significant experience in luxury hospitality and know how to work in a seasonal establishment while respecting hotel quality standards.
• You are a serious, dynamic person with great professionalism and savoir-faire.
