Le Cœur de Megève is an iconic boutique hotel enjoying an exceptional location right in the center of the famous village of Megève. Reopened in 2018 after a complete renovation, the hotel celebrates the art of living and consists of 38 rooms and suites with contemporary and warm decoration, several chic and cozy dining areas, and a spa offering organic and natural treatments.

Your Main MissionsUnder the responsibility of the General Manager, you perform the tasks described below to ensure quality service to our clients.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the hotel's common areas, including the dining areas, front office, and spa.
- Provide assistance to the work of the chambermaids and valets as needed.
- Organize, clean, and restock the offices (linen, welcome products, cleaning supplies, stationery).
- Manage dirty laundry, waste, and internal laundry processing.
- Report any customer complaints or claims to the Manager.
- Report any forgotten items and technical failures to the Manager.
- Ensure the cleaning and organization of the back office spaces (laundry, changing rooms, staff lounge, staff entrance…).
- Create emotion through the customer experience.
- Show discretion and confidentiality towards the client and the establishment's life.
- Keep the client promise in terms of quality and cleanliness.
- Respect the hygiene and safety rules of the service and the establishment.
- Respect the procedures put in place in your service.
- Participate in the end-of-month inventories.
- Participate in the cleaning of seasonal apartments.
You ideally have a background in hospitality and at least one year of successful experience in a similar position in luxury hotels.
Directly or transversally, you will work with all the services of the hotel. You must therefore show team spirit and responsiveness to ensure the general smooth operation of the establishment and satisfy our clients to the best of our ability.
