Night director

Role Description

The Night Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Tulsa Metropolitan Area, responsible for overseeing evening and late-night operations at the restaurant. This role manages night shift Team Members, ensures high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness, and maintains Chick‑fil‑A’s signature hospitality during all guest interactions. The Night Director coordinates staff scheduling, leads pre‑ and post‑shift meetings, and monitors performance to meet service and productivity goals.

The role includes handling cash management procedures, resolving guest concerns, and supporting training and development of night shift Team Members. The Night Director collaborates with the restaurant leadership team to implement operational initiatives, uphold brand standards, and promote a positive, inclusive work environment.

• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and supervise night shift Team Members.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences and resolving issues professionally.
• Operational skills in food safety, cleanliness standards, and cash handling procedures in a quick-service or restaurant environment.
• Organizational and time management skills for scheduling, shift coordination, and meeting nightly service and productivity goals.
• Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with Team Members, guests, and leadership.
• Ability to work evening and late-night hours on-site in the Tulsa Metropolitan Area and stand for extended periods.
• Prior supervisory or restaurant management experience is preferred, especially in quick-service or hospitality settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, hospitality, or management is a plus.
