The Housekeeper is responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of the hotel rooms and suites. She/he must carry out her/his work in accordance with Four Seasons standards, paying attention to guests' needs and trying to exceed their expectations.

• Respect the service sequences for the complete cleaning of the hotel's rooms and suites while complying with Four Seasons standards in accordance with the expectations and preferences of our customers, while ensuring that the equipment in the rooms is working properly (lights, heating/air conditioning, household appliances, etc.) and reporting any anomalies to the Housekeeper.
• Ensure that bed linen and towels are changed in the rooms according to guest requests and maintain sufficient stocks to ensure continuity of service and management of dirty and clean linen.
• Keep an up-to-date room report for the day and check that it is consistent (guest names, bed changes, departures, etc.).
• Keeping the Housekeeper informed of all customer complaints to ensure quality follow-up, and informing the Floorkeeper of any technical problems encountered in the room so that the necessary repairs can be made.

The room provided is either shared or single (for executive and night positions). For those wishing to find their own accommodation, a monthly housing allowance will be provided.
