Job Details

• Compensation: $11.50 per hour base. Total compensation with cash tips can range from $16 to $20 per hour.
• Work Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 1:00pm – 9:00pm (full‑time availability required).
• Benefits:
  Eligible for accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and enrollment in the company’s 401(k) plan. Benefits eligibility depends on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for benefits mentioned above.

The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. Duties include greeting guests, delivering and retrieving vehicles, and assisting guests with luggage, directions, and various service requests.

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients.
• Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using a professional and friendly manner, including the use of guest last names and the salutation of the day.
• Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette and remain present in designated areas when not completing tasks.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely, driving slowly and cautiously while using the bell service and luggage storage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxi and reservation requests, and provide information about facility amenities and local attractions.
• Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities upon request and shuttle guests to approved locations.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys, and collect claim checks before issuing keys.
• Maintain detailed ticket information (key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey, claim check receipt) for all vehicles in the valet system.
• Perform revenue calculations and collect payments when required.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure:
  Valid driver’s license for the state of employment or within a commutable distance.
• Work Experience:
  
  Minimum one month of related experience or training.
• Knowledge &
  
  Skills:
  • Understanding of customer service principles and processes.
  • Reading and writing standard English.
  • Ability to comprehend simple instructions and correspondences.
  • Basic arithmetic for American money and time rates.
  • Understanding of 24‑hour and military time systems.
  • Operating a manual transmission vehicle (highly desirable).
  • Parallel parking proficiency.

The position requires regular talking or hearing, sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, running, lifting (up to 100pounds occasionally or 50pounds frequently), and exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Physical tasks include reaching, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, and balancing.
