Front Desk Assistant Manager (H/F) - Hiver 26/27

Four Seasons Resort Megève is looking for a Front Desk Assistant Manager for the winter season 26/27. This role involves overseeing the Front Desk team and ensuring adherence to Four Seasons standards, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have front desk experience in luxury hospitality operations, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and an exceptional eye for detail.

Responsibilities include:

• Direct and control the activities of the Front Desk to ensure adherence to Four Seasons standards, policies, and procedures.
• Review daily movements to ensure proper handling of special attention guests, VIP guests, and groups.
• Ensure all agents maintain a balanced bank and reconcile all transactions at the close of their shift.
• Memorize regular guests' preferences and habits to provide attentive and personalized service.

Requirements:

• Front desk experience in luxury hospitality operations.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS.
