Compensation:
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate pay. Base hourly rate is $11.50. Total compensation with cash tips ranges from $16 to $20 per hour.
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Full‑time availability required.
Benefits:
Eligible for accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, telemedicine coverage, and the 401(k) retirement plan. Eligibility depends on classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Seasonal or temporary roles are not eligible for benefits.
The Guest Service Associate provides exceptional hospitality to guests, manages parking and vehicle retrieval, assists with luggage, and offers other support services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients; greet guests within five feet.
- Use a friendly salutation, proper phone etiquette, and remain present during tasks.
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist guests with bell services and luggage; open vehicle and hotel doors for guests.
- Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and facility information; deliver messages or items; shuttle guests to approved locations.
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and collect claim checks; maintain ticket information; calculate and collect revenue when required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license for the state of employment (or within commuting distance).
- Minimum one month of related experience or equivalent education with experience.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for customer and personal services.
- Read and write standard English.
- Comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Write simple correspondence.
- Present information in one‑on‑one and small group settings.
- Perform basic arithmetic (add/subtract three‑digit numbers; multiply/divide with tens and hundreds, using U.S. money units).
- Understand 24‑hour and military time systems.
- Understand rates applicable to time passed.
- Operate a manual transmission (desirable).
- Perform parallel parking.
- Routine job; follows established practices; work checked or verified frequently; decisions within operational instructions; errors can affect department efficiency.
- Controls only allocated resources.
Requires talking or hearing; sitting or standing for extended periods; running, walking, handling objects, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling. Vision demands include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Lifting: up to 100 lb occasionally, 50 lb frequently, 20 lb constantly.
Work is primarily outdoors for entire shift; exposure to extreme heat and cold. Weather protection may be provided but not guaranteed.
Travel up to 5% may be required.
