Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily Front Desk operations and maximize guest satisfaction on the PM shift (3pm–11pm), including weekends and holidays.
You will interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff, respond to guest requests, and enforce SOPs while guiding a team of Guest Service Agents to deliver quality service and hospitality. This role requires English communication and teamwork.
