You're a Great Fit for This Role If You Love…Preparing guest rooms with care and attention to ensure they meet Coury Hospitality's standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.
Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and refreshing guest amenities.
Replacing linens, towels, and supplies while ensuring every detail is completed before a guest arrives.
Inspecting rooms to identify opportunities for improvement and ensuring spaces are ready for occupancy.
Maintaining cleanliness and appearance throughout public areas, including hallways, lounges, restrooms, and elevators.
Responding to guest requests with professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help.
Delivering requested items such as towels, toiletries, and amenities while creating a positive guest interaction.
Communicating guest concerns, maintenance needs, and service opportunities to the Housekeeping Supervisor or appropriate department.
Maintaining organized housekeeping carts, storage areas, equipment, and supplies.
Following all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures to protect yourself, your teammates, and our guests.
Partnering with Housekeeping, Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to support a seamless guest experience.

Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous housekeeping, hotel, hospitality, or cleaning experience preferred.
Knowledge of guestroom cleaning standards, sanitation practices, and safe chemical handling preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests, teammates, and leadership.
Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
