You’re a great fit for this role if you love…

• Maintaining clean, sanitized dishes, cookware, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to support efficient culinary operations.
• Operating commercial dishwashing equipment safely while ensuring all items meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Cleaning kitchen floors, walls, floor mats, drains, workstations, storage areas, loading docks, and back-of-house spaces throughout each shift.
• Removing trash, recycling, food waste, and grease while maintaining clean and organized waste disposal areas.
• Keeping walk-in refrigerators, freezers, storage rooms, and receiving areas clean, organized, and guest‑ready.
• Supporting Culinary team members by maintaining an adequate supply of clean dishes, cookware, and service equipment during busy meal periods.
• Safely handling cleaning chemicals, sanitation products, and commercial cleaning equipment according to established procedures.
• Monitoring dishwashing equipment and reporting maintenance concerns or equipment issues promptly.
• Working collaboratively with Culinary and Food & Beverage team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
• Following all food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and environmental standards throughout every shift.
• Taking pride in creating a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment where teammates can perform at their best.
