- Setup and Maintenance:
Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary items such as food, beverages, utensils, and condiments. - Food and Beverage Service:
Greet guests and provide courteous service during breakfast hours, assisting with serving food, refilling beverage stations, and replenishing food items as needed. - Food Presentation and Quality:
Ensure that food displays are appealing and maintained at appropriate temperatures. Monitor food freshness, rotate items, and promptly remove any expired or spoiled food. - Guest Assistance:
Respond to guest inquiries and ensure their needs and preferences are met, providing a welcoming and positive experience. - Cleaning and Sanitizing:
Maintain cleanliness throughout the breakfast area, including tables, counters, equipment, and utensils, following health and safety guidelines. Also clean hotel lobby and restrooms after breakfast window closes. - Inventory Management:
Keep track of breakfast supplies and communicate inventory needs to the appropriate personnel, ensuring sufficient quantities for guests.
