Lead a Dining Experience That Residents Look Forward to Every Day.
Burgundy Place, a Senior Star community, is looking for a Dining Room Manager who brings strong leadership, genuine hospitality, and an eye for the details that turn a meal into an experience.
This role leads the dining room experience for our Independent Living residents
, working closely with the Food & Beverage Director and dining team to deliver exceptional service every day.
As our Dining Room Manager, you will:
- Lead Legendary Hospitality by creating a warm, welcoming and professional dining experience for residents and guests.
- Lead and develop the dining room team
, including training, coaching, scheduling and ensuring strong coverage. - Set clear expectations for exceptional service, professionalism and teamwork.
- Oversee dining room preparation, meal service and cleanliness to ensure every service is ready and polished.
- Build relationships with residents, listen to feedback and take ownership of their dining experience.
- Partner with the Food & Beverage Director and other departments on special events, prospect lunches and community experiences.
- Step in and support the team wherever needed to ensure service never misses a beat.

- Have experience leading a restaurant, dining room, hospitality or food service team.
- Know how to motivate people while holding high standards.
- Are organized and confident managing schedules, coverage and multiple priorities.
- Notice the details and understand how they impact the guest experience.

- Lead by example and aren't afraid to jump in alongside your team.
- Have a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults.
