Schedule: Heavier hours and a busy schedule during November and December

Banquet Servers are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests during private events, banquets, and large-scale functions. The Banquet Server is a key member of the service team and is ultimately responsible for seamless execution of events while delivering warm and attentive hospitality. Banquet Servers are expected to uphold the highest service and hospitality standards, demonstrating professionalism, efficiency, and teamwork at all times.

• Consistently support a culture of exceptional service and hospitality.
• Demonstrate expertise in all food and beverage selections, including special event menus as well as bar offerings.
• Execute all steps of service with efficiency and grace while maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Set up banquet and event spaces according to event specifications, including table arrangements, linens, place settings, and buffet displays.
• Anticipate member and guest needs, ensuring constant communication with colleagues, management, and the kitchen throughout service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas, including event spaces, service stations, and back-of-house areas.
• Assist in post-event breakdown and reset, ensuring all banquet areas are clean and ready for the next event.
• Demonstrate an eagerness to continue learning and growing.
• Perform additional responsibilities and other duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• 2+ years of experience as a Server in a full-service restaurant or banquet setting preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on event needs.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain composed in fast-paced, high-volume service environments.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks, and/or glasses, and lift objects up to 50 lbs.

Salary Range: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour + gratuities
