Overview
Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a growing company. The role is open due to the company's expansion and the need to bring in a dedicated HR skillset. You will have the chance to shape the HR department and grow into a managerial role. The company values a people-oriented approach and offers a supportive environment for professional development.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Manage recruitment and selection processes
- Support current and future business needs through development
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Report to management and provide decision support
- Bridge management and employee relations
- 3-7 years of HR experience
- Familiarity with payroll and timekeeping
- Experience with benefits administration
- Experience in a managerial HR role
- Knowledge of HR best practices
- Experience in a growing company
