Payroll Coordinator

Fuse 3 Solutions is partnered with a growing organization that is hiring a Payroll Coordinator for their team. This person will report to an amazing leader and be part of a small team handling multi‑state/multi‑entity payroll. • Administer routine payroll functions, including employee updates, compensation changes, and processing cycles using payroll software.
• Prepare and distribute recurring reports related to compensation, benefits, and workforce data.
• Support compliance activities related to employment requirements such as benefits, wage garnishments, and leave programs.
• Respond to employment‑related notices and documentation requests.
• Assist in compiling compensation data and preparing financial summaries as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized employee records in both digital and physical formats.
• Evaluate current payroll workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to recommend and implement procedural updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to payroll and HR operations.
• Perform additional administrative or HR/payroll‑related tasks as assigned.

• 3–5 years of recent experience with end‑to‑end payroll processing in a mid‑to‑large‑sized, multi‑site organization.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Solid analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in commonly used office and payroll software tools.

Salary range for the Payroll Coordinator is $55k-$65k/year based on experience.
