Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $45,000- $55,000 / Annually + Commissions
Benefits: This position is eligible for full benefits, medical, dental, vision.
Recruiter
We are seeking a driven Recruiter to manage high-volume staffing needs while building strong client and associate relationships. This role blends recruiting execution with client engagement and business growth, requiring a proactive, organized, and results-oriented professional.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (flexibility required)
- Occasional after-hours networking or urgent project support
Client & Business Development
- Conduct at least five client visits per week to strengthen relationships and identify new staffing needs
- Meet with associates on assignment to ensure satisfaction and address issues proactively
- Generate new orders and grow existing accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships
- Maintain consistent billing growth by onboarding new or reactivated clients
- Deliver a high level of service through responsiveness and quality placements
Recruiting & Order Fulfillment
- Manage and fill a high volume of open requisitions across multiple skill sets
- Maintain near-100% order fulfillment in alignment with team performance goals
- Balance speed, quality, and candidate experience in a fast-paced environment
Associate Engagement & Retention
- Actively manage associate relationships to reduce turnover
- Conduct on-site check-ins and resolve concerns quickly
- Track associate conversions to permanent roles as a success metric
Team Collaboration
- Participate in daily team huddles to align on priorities and performance goals
- Maintain accountability to individual and team metrics
- Previous recruiting, staffing, or client-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Results-driven and accountable to performance metrics
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office, including Teams
- Consistent fulfillment of client orders
- Strong client and associate relationships
- Reduced turnover and increased associate conversions
- Steady account and billing growth
