Summary/ObjectiveAt Hogan, we are driven by the core purpose of helping people and organizations succeed using data-driven talent insights. As a Hogan Sr. Consultant, you ll have full ownership of your client book of business, maintaining and growing relationships to make a meaningful impact at all levels across organizations. You ll be a partner in growing strategic self-awareness among mid-to-senior-level leaders through leadership development and talent development programs as well as through the implementation of validated selection processes.
Work activities include maintaining and growing client relationships and driving revenue growth through innovative talent management solutions. This role involves designing and delivering consulting solutions, providing assessment feedback, conducting certification workshops, and relationship-based selling to current and new clients. In addition, as a critical team member of the Talent Solutions Consulting team, you will have a direct strategic impact on supporting the Hogan organizational objectives.
Functions
- Understand Hogan s products, services, and competitive environment to remain successful in providing clients with an exemplary level of service that will continue to differentiate Hogan from the competition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hogan s top clients, becoming a trusted advisor for talent management solutions.
- Diagnose a client s situation and identify the best way to deliver solutions to effectively meet the needs of new and existing Hogan customers.
- Facilitate, teach, and present to groups of senior executives in enterprise organizations.
- Manage the delivery of Hogan services and project implementation for selection and leadership development assessment solutions, including interpretation of Hogan assessment results, presenting to new clients on talent management programs, and facilitating Hogan private/public certification workshops.
- Provide thought leadership through participation in marketing efforts like conducting webinars, publishing related articles, and actively engaging with Hogan content on Linked In to build Hogan s market presence.
- Excellent virtual and in-person presence and spoken/written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver high-quality service in times of heavy workloads and ambiguous situations, demonstrating poise and resilience.
- Act with client-centered urgency and professional responsiveness.

Requirements/Qualifications- Master s or advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field required
- 5+ years of full-time experience within consulting and/or talent management processes (external or internal) preferred, ideally working closely with personality assessments
- 3+ years of experience working in a non-consulting, publicly traded corporation in the areas of talent management, learning and development, or strategy is a plus
- Proven ability to design and deliver business development presentations and manage long sales cycles
- Experience with personality assessments in pre-hire and/or talent development contexts
- Experience with large group facilitation (both in-person and virtual) and experiential training delivery
- Familiarity with computer software including Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, Power
BI, Sharepoint.
