Job Title:
Full Cycle Recruiter / Sales
Reports To: Regional Manager

Position Summary
The Full Cycle Recruiter/Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and managing full-cycle recruiting for assigned accounts. This role owns the entire staffing lifecycle — from prospecting and securing new business to sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates.
This is a high-impact, results-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both relationship-building and recruiting top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Sales/Business Development (50%)
- Identify, prospect, and secure new client partnerships within assigned territory
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, Linked In networking, and in-person visits
- Schedule and lead client meetings to uncover hiring needs
- Present staffing solutions, including contract, temp-to-hire, and direct hire
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships
- Track activity and pipeline metrics in CRM
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for open job orders
- Source candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and database mining
- Conduct interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed summaries
- Coordinate interviews and manage offer process
- Ensure successful onboarding and placement follow-up
- Maintain strong communication with both clients and candidates
- New business revenue generated
- Gross margin performance
- Fill ratio and time-to-fill
- Client retention
- Activity metrics (calls, meetings, submittals, placements)
- Candidate retention and quality
- 1– 3+ years staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- CRM experience preferred
- Base salary + uncapped commission
