Reports To: Regional Manager

Position Summary

The Full Cycle Recruiter/Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and managing full-cycle recruiting for assigned accounts. This role owns the entire staffing lifecycle — from prospecting and securing new business to sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates.

This is a high-impact, results-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both relationship-building and recruiting top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Sales/Business Development (50%)

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new client partnerships within assigned territory
  • Conduct cold calls, email outreach, Linked In networking, and in-person visits
  • Schedule and lead client meetings to uncover hiring needs
  • Present staffing solutions, including contract, temp-to-hire, and direct hire
  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships
  • Track activity and pipeline metrics in CRM
Recruiting & Account Management (50%)
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for open job orders
  • Source candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and database mining
  • Conduct interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks
  • Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed summaries
  • Coordinate interviews and manage offer process
  • Ensure successful onboarding and placement follow-up
  • Maintain strong communication with both clients and candidates
Performance Metrics
  • New business revenue generated
  • Gross margin performance
  • Fill ratio and time-to-fill
  • Client retention
  • Activity metrics (calls, meetings, submittals, placements)
  • Candidate retention and quality
Qualifications
  • 1– 3+ years staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales experience preferred
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
  • CRM experience preferred
Compensation Structure
  • Base salary + uncapped commission
