Your Opportunity

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and enabling business success for your supported business unit. You will partner closely with leaders, supervisors, and employees to drive people strategies that support performance, engagement, and organizational growth.

What you’ll be doing
  • Partner with business unit leadership to support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent needs
  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment for exempt and non‑exempt roles
  • Support employee relations activities including coaching, conflict resolution, and issue resolution
  • Assist with performance management processes, including reviews and development planning
  • Facilitate training, onboarding, and employee development sessions as needed
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal laws
  • Participate in operational and leadership meetings to provide HR guidance and insights
  • Champion HR programs and drive adoption across the business unit
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support organizational improvement initiatives
What you should have
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR generalist responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment law fundamentals
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex situations
  • Experience supporting training, development, or organizational development initiatives (preferred)
Experience & Education
  • HRBP II – 2‑4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources; 4‑year Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • HRBP III – 4‑6 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources; 4‑year Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Certifications
  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification

  • Role supports both hourly and salaried employees within a manufacturing or operations environment
  • This is a business‑facing HR role with high visibility to leadership teams
  • Success requires strong prioritization, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Because the organization runs 3 shifts, occasional availability for 3rd‑shift team members is required
Compensation & Benefits

Greenheck Group offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. The starting base pay range for this position is $85,731–$117,552, which may vary based on experience and performance.
