Human Resources Coordinator (HRC)
Salary Range: $60K-$70K
Location:
Tulsa, OK – Critical Illness Recovery Hospital – Select Specialty Hospital
Work Hours:
Full‑Time, On‑Site, M-F Daytime
We are seeking a talented and curious HR professional who values partnership, accountability, and meaningful impact. This is a hands‑on, hospital‑based HR Coordinator role that supports caregivers, leaders, and operations while closely partnering with our HR Shared Services team.
Key Responsibilities- Own and coordinate day‑to‑day HR operations at the hospital level, ensuring high‑quality execution across the employee lifecycle
- Partner closely with HR Shared Services to deliver seamless support in payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration
- Serve as a trusted advisor and service‑oriented resource for employees and leaders
- Coordinate and support accurate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity
- Drive and support talent acquisition efforts, including hiring coordination, onboarding, and workforce planning support
- Maintain compliance with employment laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards
- Act as the local subject‑matter expert for benefits, policies, and HR processes
- Support employee relations needs with professionalism, discretion, and consistency
- Play an active role in building and sustaining a positive, high‑performing workplace culture
- Contribute insights that help shape HR strategy and operational effectiveness at the hospital level
- You will see the direct impact of your work on employees, leaders, and patient care
- You will gain broad, real‑world HR experience across multiple functional areas
- You will develop strong partnerships with operations leaders and enterprise HR teams
- You will be part of a mission‑driven organization committed to supporting caregivers and improving lives
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field required (commensurate experience may be considered in lieu of the degree with the approval of Corporate HR)
- 2 years of Human Resources experience required
- Previous HR experience in a healthcare facility with exposure to Joint Commission and CMS preferred
- Familiarity with benefit administration, basic HR and Employee Relations functions, payroll administration, and state and federal employment laws
