HR Manager; Bilingual

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a high‑energy, employee‑focused, hands‑on bilingual Human Resources Manager for our Tulsa, OK location.

• Manage employee life‑cycle processes (onboarding through offboarding)
• Assist employees with benefit‑related questions
• Manage employee relations including investigations, progressive discipline, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate with safety personnel regarding workers’ compensation and leave administration
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
• Support training and employee development initiatives
• Mentor and train HR Assistants and junior personnel as appropriate

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• At least five (5) years of progressive HR experience (manufacturing, industrial, and/or multi‑location preferred)
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices; HR Certification is advantageous
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Computer proficiency using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Experience with safety and/or workers’ compensation claim management is preferred

The role is on‑site and requires regular attendance at the plant facility.
