Recruiter/Placement Specialist
We are seeking a Bi-Lingual Recruiter
****** to join our growing company. You will perform activities relative to the staffing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- On-board and orientate new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Communicate and correspond with customers.
- Accurately maintain employee files digitally and hard copy
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or other related fields
- Ability to recruit through social media platforms
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws a plus
- Ability to build rapport with all employees and clients
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of customer service performance
- Word and Excel proficiency
We are seeking an energetic individual with a high sense of urgency. The best candidate can work with many personality types and work well under pressure. The ability to resolve issues and provide solutions is a must. Base Salary plus uncapped commission structure will be offered. Previous experience in the staffing industry a plus!!!
