Craftsmen Resources is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Recruiter to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a dedicated professional who excels at identifying and placing skilled craft talent for various construction projects. This role is a perfect fit for a results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the recruiting and a passion for people. • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for skilled trade positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Create, post, and oversee job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Actively source and engage with a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels including our own database and 3rd party sources.
• Schedule and conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Perform thorough reference checks and work history verifications to ensure candidate quality.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with client facing partners to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Assist with the management and support of craft employees post-hire, serving as a point of contact for HR-related matters.
• Effectively communicate with candidates, internal teams, and clients across all channels (phone, email, in-person).

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the construction or skilled trades industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interviewing and candidate vetting skills with a keen eye for talent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting software.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience.
• Bonus Potential:
  Monthly Bonus based on performance.
