Employee Relations Partner
The Employee Relations Partner will provide end-to-end employee relations consultative support to frontline leadership and employees related to HR policies and procedures to ensure company practices are in compliance with applicable federal/state laws. Additionally, this role may support company investigations and support continuous improvement activities.

- Education:
Associates or Bachelor's degrees in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent experience. - Experience:
2+ years of HR generalist or Employee Relations experience; or equivalent professional experience. - Licenses/Certifications:
SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR preferred
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibit a high degree of organization and accountability.
- Ability to work confidentially and professionally with all levels of employees.
- Possess thorough knowledge of state and federal laws to include EEO, ADA and FLSA regulations.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees.

The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S – Sedentary Work:
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
