About the RoleAs a Recruiter, you’ll manage the full recruiting process from sourcing and initial outreach through hiring and onboarding. You’ll work closely with others across the organization to understand hiring priorities, identify qualified candidates, and keep the recruiting process moving.
Responsibilities- Source and recruit skilled trades professionals through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and direct outreach
- Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, qualifications, reliability, and overall fit
- Manage candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process
- Build and maintain an active pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and employees
- Collaborate with team members to understand priorities and respond to changing needs
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within company systems
- Manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently work toward individual and team recruiting goals
- Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Good judgment and the ability to evaluate candidates effectively
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of responsiveness
- Comfortable working toward measurable goals and expectations
- Technologically proficient and able to learn recruiting systems and tools quickly
- A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute wherever needed
- Experience recruiting within construction, skilled trades, industrial, manufacturing, or other high-volume environments is a plus.
