Human Resources Consultant, Talent Acquisition

As an HR Consultant - Talent Acquisition, you will partner with hiring leaders while managing several key programs that support our talent strategy. In this role, you will oversee our Contingent Worker Program, Relocation Program, Employee Referral Program, and relationships with external Talent Acquisition partners. You will ensure these programs run efficiently, align with business needs, and deliver a positive experience for candidates, leaders, and external partners.

This position offers a dynamic opportunity to support a wide range of functions and geographic locations across Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas, requiring strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate brings approximately one year of experience in recruitment, relationship development, and customer service, though equivalent experience will be considered. You'll collaborate closely with hiring leaders, external partners, staffing agencies, and candidates to drive effective hiring processes, enhance program performance, and contribute to broader talent initiatives across the organization.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and will be based in Tulsa, OK.
