As a Recruiter, you will manage the full lifecycle of hiring for healthcare positions, from developing sourcing strategies to onboarding new team members. • Minimum of 2+ years full-life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields
• Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., iCIMS, Taleo, Workday) and sourcing tools like Linked In Recruiter and Indeed
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to develop creative recruitment strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience preferred Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruiting process for assigned healthcare positions, from requisition intake to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
• Source active and passive candidates through various channels, including social media, networks, and industry partnerships
• Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates and leaders, and facilitate communication throughout the process
• Present and negotiate offers, initiate pre-employment screenings, and support onboarding procedures
• Build talent pipelines and maintain ongoing relationships with prospective candidates
• Use recruitment metrics to measure success, optimize strategies, and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with staffing agencies and external partners to meet hiring demands
• Maintain accurate applicant records and ensure a positive candidate experience
