Responsibilities

+ Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and coordinating onboarding activities.

+ Prepare and maintain employee files and HR records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

+ Support new hire orientation and onboarding processes.

+ Assist with benefits administration, enrollment changes, and employee inquiries.

+ Process employment-related documentation, including status changes, terminations, and performance-related records.

+ Maintain HR databases, reports, and personnel records.

+ Coordinate employee training, development programs, and company events.

+ Respond to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs.

+ Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping administration as needed.

+ Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and compliance.

+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulations.

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

+ Minimum of 1-3 years of Human Resources, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred.

+ Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.

+

Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

+ Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

+ Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

+ HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is a plus.

+ Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, or payroll functions.

+ Experience in a fast-paced corporate, healthcare, manufacturing, or professional services environment.
