Records and Information Clerk

Job Title: Records Management Support Specialist
Type: Contract (12 Months)
Compensation: $23/hour
Schedule: Hybrid – Onsite in Tulsa, Monday–Wednesday
Work Model: Onsite/Hybrid

System One has partnered with a leading Tulsa-based oil and gas company to identify a detail-oriented professional to join their Asset Management team. This role will play a key part in supporting records management and research initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct records research using Perceptive Document Management, Maximo, and GIS systems

• Support employees and contractors with project-related records research under Asset Management staff guidance

• Perform records corrections as needed

• Respond to inquiries through the Records Help Desk (including rotation-based after-hours support)

• Assist with general records and information management tasks

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience

• Background in utility operation records, geographic parcel/legal records, or oil-well lease research highly preferred

• Familiarity with records management programs, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), or automation tools desirable

• Ability to learn GIS and Maximo systems

• Intermediate-level Excel skills (minimum requirement)

• Strong ability to work independently and within a small team

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
