About the CompanyThe Staff Pad has partnered with a growing sales organization in Tulsa, Oklahoma, that is seeking a skilled Imaging Equipment Technician to support and optimize enterprise-level print and imaging solutions for business clients across the region. This organization delivers technology-driven services focused on improving workflow efficiency, document security, and digital content management in modern business environments.
Position OverviewThe Imaging Equipment Technician is responsible for the advanced analysis, design, implementation, and support of enterprise print and imaging systems. This role works closely with clients and the sales team to assess operational needs, design efficient document workflows, and deploy and maintain complex printer, MFD, and document management environments across diverse IT infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with sales teams and clients to design best-practice print and imaging workflows
- Analyze technical requirements and estimate professional services hours for proposals and solution assessments
- Design, implement, and support enterprise-level printer and MFD environments
- Support and manage third-party print and document management platforms, including Papercut, EFI Fiery, HP, Kyocera, Ricoh, Docu Ware, and ECI solutions
- Administer and maintain complex print management and imaging environments
- Generate and present system usage and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain partner certifications and stay current on supported technologies and industry best practices
- Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Linux environments
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, subnets)
- Experience with print server management, drivers, and enterprise print systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Pivot Tables
- Basic scripting (Java, VB) and SQL reporting experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to travel to client sites with a valid driving record
- Certificate or degree from a technical school or college, or
- 3+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
